Had a large wall mirror removed from the bathroom and left a great deal of damage to the dry wall. I contact JUST LIKE NEW General contractor name Michael Bordy owner for the job. The bathroom is two tones. The team masked off the ceiling from the wall perfectly. Once the repair in the texture was done, you couldn't tell that it had ever been damaged. Mike and his team were in and out in no time. The team of Just Like New exceeded my expectations not only because how quickly they repaired the damaged wall, but the cleanup after leaving no sign that they'd ever been there. In my opinion, it is a large part of contracting someone for services. As a result, I gave them five stars.
My choosing this company all boiled down to 2 things: Experience & Credibility! (30+ years in the business, very favorable reviews & ratings). I needed stucco repair done on an outside wall a plumber had to knock out to repair a clean-out tee. Mike and Rigo, both very handsome in looks and demeanor, showed up on time, were professional, approachable, respectful, friendly, easy to talk with, and ready to go & get the job done. They also pointed out and repaired some minor issues unrelated to the job, and took care of me without adjusting the price quote I was originally given. Job was done quickly and at a heck of a fair price!!! Mike is a gem; I could sit on the beach talking and drinking margaritas all day with him. He's down to earth and just an all around good hearted person! He spoke very highly of Rigo, which I thought was very touching! They are a valuable team, run a fantastic business, and will not steer you in the wrong direction!!! I am beyond pleased with their results and customer service! Will definitely use their services again, and I very highly recommend them - 100%!!!
Mike and his helper did a great job in repairing ceiling damaged by roof leak and also repaired 3 sections of drywall cut out to repair slab leak. Very happy with the repair and quality of workmanship at a fair price.
Mike Bordy has done several drywall repairs in my home. Have needed to call him out on at least 4 occasions and every time he did us right on costs. We keep his card handy to refer others to him. Great work at reasonable price.
